All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.

International Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking details within a few business days, please contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Set Back Co is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
